Propertyskills has provided commercial development advice for several large regeneration projects, including site acquisition, team selection, and development management. With experience of Central London and the key provincial cities, the firm is used to working on complex projects, offering deal management and innovative support.

A brief timeline of the major scheme commitments is as follows:

Spinningfields, Manchester

1998 to 2003 - Stephen Reynolds acted as a consultant to Allied London Properties plc helping to initiate and manage this important new business district for Manchester.

Masshouse, Birmingham

2005 to 2010 - acting for the Masshouse joint venture, Stephen provided development management services during the early phases of development until the project could be restructured.

Friargate, Coventry

2009 onwards - acting as development director to Friargate Coventry LLP, taking the project through master planning to a proposed start on site in 2014.

London

Propertyskills has maintained an involvement in the London market throughout. Having been involved in Paddington Basin, Victoria Street for BIS and Portcullis House as well as CrossRail work for Transport for London while a partner with Richard Ellis, Stephen has continued to represent developers and owners in St James', Mayfair, Soho and Blackfriars.
